Please find below our cancellation policy: 1. Cancellations within 24 Hours: - A 50% charge will be incurred for appointments that are not canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. This fee covers the inconvenience caused and the time that could have been allocated to another client. 2. No-Show Appointments: - For appointments where the client does not show up without prior notice, a 100% charge will be applied. This fee compensates for the full appointment time that was reserved and lost due to the no-show. 3. Online Booking Requirement: - To book an appointment online, a valid credit or debit card is required. This ensures that the appointment slot is secure and helps us manage our schedule effectively.
